Vedran has spent nearly two decades working with international manufacturers, technology brands and distribution networks — helping products move from sourcing and development to successful commercialization across European markets. He holds a Master's degree in Organization and Management from the University of Zagreb, and has built his career at the intersection of product development, procurement, business development and international expansion.
Earlier in his career, as a Brand Manager at M SAN — one of the region's largest IT distributors — he managed a portfolio of leading global technology brands, gaining a deep understanding of how manufacturers, distributors, retailers and channel partners operate across markets.
Over the past five years he has worked closely with manufacturers and suppliers in China, supporting OEM projects, supplier development, sourcing, commercial negotiations and European market requirements — travelling to China repeatedly to work directly with factories and partners across industries. He has also founded and scaled a technology business of his own, giving him firsthand experience of market entry, partnership development and commercial execution rather than theory alone.
Through West Office, Vedran helps manufacturers, OEM companies and brands establish a practical European presence — without immediately building their own office, team or legal structure.

Zlatko brings a 25-year track record in IT and electronics distribution, bridging the gap between the internal mechanics of the industry and independent, global strategy. After 13 years working inside the sector, he moved into independent international consultancy — a path he has followed for over a decade.
His signature strength is market creation: taking new brands and building their entire distribution architecture from the ground up. Over his years as an independent expert he has worked across multiple technology sectors, built an elite global network, and collaborated regularly with leading regional and global brands.
